Our clients were looking for a beachside investment that would provide them with good returns now and also be a comfortable home should choose to return to Australia. When we first inspected this unit we loved it but at first, we didn’t consider it very seriously because we realised its value was beyond our clients budget. A few weeks later though, after much negotiation, we have secured this incredible property and happily within their budget.
What we really like about this unit if that it sits within a small character block on a good street, it has a lovely balcony adjoining a large open plan living area plus it has strata approved exclusive use of the attic space so this property can grow with their needs.
